On site somewhere, I'd like to see someone go over all the basics of a properly hung door. Then move ... (read more)on to a door with a problem, and show how to analyze it's problem and then fix the door. Hinges, strike-plates, etc. I'd image 3 or 4 vids.
In the shop/studio with a few tools you could show how easy it is to cope three different basic moldings along with a simple explanation on how to plan a coping job in different shaped rooms.
